might be an unpopular opinion but I like this side story better than the main story

Maybe the author didn't mean to do it, but the spin off's story and couple are actually way more complex than the first one. I mean, I love them still of course. Just speaking in terms of the story.

I agree. the characters in the main story just bored the hell out of me, although i still found them cute as a couple lol
