Why is Guwon lowk a green flag?

He obviously doesn't have a great understanding of right from wrong, but a lot of the wrong makes sense given the circumstances. Only bringing useful people to the town realistically is the best way to guarantee the town survives, so is being strict on how much medicine can be used when supplies are low to prioritise it for resource runners.

I think the most baffling part to me is that it seems like he took being told he is wrong SO well?? Is it because Jinwoo said it though, or is it just that the villagers are unable to look past his actions from when they met him and are now just too afraid to even try?

I had been avoiding this for a while bc Guwon on the cover looks so scary but I'm glad I gave this a go because it's not what I was expecting at all. I'm almost frustrated with Jinwoo even though I understand that for him this is all so scary and unfamiliar, but I don't think it's fair of him to be disgusted by his feelings towards Guwon who is try his absolute best to survive and is even trying to help others survive even when he very clearly can do so on his own.
