yeah the grandpa and doctor already discussed it in previous chapters, they believe it to be holy power but because it is so rare and almost no studies about it — they have no way of knowing if it is and how to neutralise the holy power
my theory is that Rosie’s holy power is stronger than she thinks and possibly beyond that of normal holy power too, and she’ll cure julian (and zahide)
I don't think it's a simple amnesia. I'm not a medical expert but the brother's amnesia is impossible. So there might be magical stuff involved like it was a actually a curse.
