Well, Kitt immediately went to Erwin (or Edwin idk) right after they come back for the last time so she literally had no way to meet him at her Ex-fanily's house. But yeah it should have been better explained i think

They tie up that loose end in the side stories. In the last loop (11th), the tailor never became a plot point because Kitt never met him.

I didn't bother to translate it word for word when I was reading, but it looks like Ronnie (tailor) somewhat remembered some stuff from the 10th loop in the form of a dream, so rather than repeat the same mistake, he...kinda learned from it and didn't turn out so twisted...I think.
Where did through blonde tailor disappear in the 10th life????
