It's not alternative dimension, after all the shit in first life Sejin committed suicide and then Ido too. Ido regressed back in time and is trying to make everything up to Sejin but HE REMEMBERS EVERYTHING he did. It's still the same person, not some alternate version. That's why people bash him, because he's a fucking dick and only after his "toy" died he finally got some fucking crumb of guilt.
