its hard to explain, ultimately he's more straightforward, honest, strategically minded. He's, independently, a much bigger part in the plot to take down House Herace. Definitely not tsundere-like (how I feel theyre making him here). Considering that theyre making some pretty big changes to the storyline, I'm not sure if they'll portray all his contributions.
this diverges so much from the novel for no particular reason... why? to hurry up the core storyline? they've basically nuked ettiene's personality & character development, plus made the annoying people more relevant (and more annoying lmao)
