It's about the author. They Set it all up in a way that would free up the dad again after the mom dies of cancer just so MC can be with her first love
Somebody on the comments section mentioned about them 'killing' the mother. Is it her relapsing that gave away that thought or there's something else I didn't notice? I just wanted to know if they really killed her or not (=・ω・=)
