Looking for this yaoi manga that starts with the uke working as a corporate spy infiltrating a company. He gets caught by the seme in the very first chapter after the seme returns from abroad. Seme is the CEO and mixed/biracial I think. The use basically gets dragged to the seme's place & forced cohabitation begins until they fall in love & uke decides to not send his espionage - secret company details - to the rival company. He also saved a bunch of notes in the draft about the seme & his habits, documenting how he fell in love. I know everything that happens but I can't recall the title.
