i thought the 19 meant the new chapter came out on the 19th. is that not the case?
I think it means it's locked for ages 19+. XD New chapter should be out on the 21st. It's been on hiatus a little while because of the artist(s) health, but it's not over yet.

It doesn't really say whether Dohyun is alive or dead, but would Sungho really bother chaining up a corpse? I don't think the story is getting quite that morbid yet.
