Cuteness aggression… gh ..

You know this is great, but how many chapters are there going to be where no one finds out he’s human? Or you know, are we gonna have some kind of conclusion were his arch nemesis or whatever, tries to eat him? I mean, like, this is great, but Where is the confrontation or you know where it’s like meeting up with your enemy and sort of you know, facing off and almost getting eaten?

Be patient. A lot of the characters, especially the misfits, are still being developed in the manga. There’s foreshadowing of Iruma becoming the demon king (maybe), and that will take a while to happen so the story isn’t ending any time soon. Also the story is pretty popular in Japan, so the manga can afford to be longer. I know people want to get to the good part where Iruma gets found out as a human and he’s fighting against his sworn enemy, but it’s been shown that the villains are still plotting and planning stuff out and more plot developments need to happen before that happens as well

We’re getting to it and I’m looking forward to every thrilling event being presented in its path (￣▽￣)! I actually really like all the little “fillers”, they build more on character interactions and relationships even if they don’t progress the plot in the way a typical shounen would. And I’m DYING for more Kirio interactions (I scream when he’s on screen), but things don’t need to be dramatic to be enjoyable ^^

True, true. But I couldn’t help but feel that this is also an allegory for being closeted. He has such great friends and his grandfather loves him, and he has a strong support system in the demon realm. However, all of this is based on a lie. Even he feels that lying to his friends is wrong at this point. So, I’d like to see what would happen if he finally came out and was honest with his friends, and they protected him. What would it be like if there were humans and how the demons would handle that? Would he lose his friends, or would some of his friends he had made, like Luz, be affected? It would be a very important allegory for the things we hide ourselves from. However, I can see your point about it being rushed. That’s a really good point. I don’t know. Maybe I don’t know, but maybe, with Pride Month and the way things are, we can see how coming out helps others. However, many people don’t come out and be their honest selves until after college, so that could happen too. I don’t know. I’m not trying to make it rushed either. I’m just saying, when will his friends find out, and would they still be his friends? I know that Azz would feel betrayed, but would he? That’s the part that puts me in suspense.
