How the hell is he supposed to apologize for something he hasn't done yet??? And the reason why he killed him in the first life was also answered by noah's pov monologue. He literally said that if he's going to pick between ryu jean or the company, he would choose the company. And he managed to say that because ryu and him were still apart and his decision from 7 years ago still stands. However, a lot of things happened and they're finally together, and that wavered his first decision of choosing the company over ryu. He finally made his conclusion that he will protect both so that's what he did at the end. All your questions were answered in the story, reread it and comprehend it before leaving a bad review.
