The whole ring plot point is different. It was ACTUALLY supposed to be her ring but it was "stolen" by a wandering vagraint who died and whose body waa found and burned (but its insinuated that Novel Ellie left it behind on purpose).
At first i thought they changed some moments in the manwha adaptation to move the plot along faster but it seems like its rewriting Ellies matured personality ENTIRELY. Her novel version was actively running away knowing that he put up posters and news and had given up on him. The novel version knew he was looking for her but still refused him. This version of her made her cling to her love of him and that she would "totally" go back if she knew how much she missed him.
*SPOILERS*Also we are missing the fake pregnancy arc and so much damn pining/suffering moments from the ml.
I hope they dont have her falling to his knees when she finds out/meets him again. I didnt love the Novel but at leasy she learned to respect herself a bit more than whatever this is
