He said whoever he's meeting with begged him to come. If it was a friend or classmate, then he would have said the name or such since Ikksu clearly knows who Dohyun's friends or classmates are. It's still possible it's a classmate but that's an odd way to phrase that.
That phrasing makes it seem like a stranger or someone he doesn't know well. Ikksu jumped to it being the stalker
