The most pathetic part about this whole situations is that Jin basically cut his father off in his adulthood. Both Rik and Jin's friendship falling apart like that is honestly a tragedy. I understand where Rik was coming from,being looked down upon for your social status is humiliating. He thought Jin would understand like him that their fathers would never get better. But Jin's dad never crossed the line of physical abuse unlike his dad did. Not only Jin had to lose his friend,he also basically has no happy relationship with his family. None of them are at fault. I feel bad for both of them. Atleast Uyun is there for Jin and I hope Rik found his real family.
