you know it really is a complex matter, im in college right now and i do have dear friends that do complain about things that seems so small, like my dad doesnt gives me that, or i can go to this, then theres someone like me, i have two jobs to keep affording going to college, i have parents who still complain and scream at me for not giving enough money to the household then theres them crying about receiving 10 dollars less on their allowance it does feels so shitty, but thats the thing, when you know how to love someone and i mean love its not only on relationships, it means you understand their struggles even if those aren’t as extreme as yours, life is not about who suffers the most, is about how you can find people who will listen to you even in the dumbest of situations, ofc it has its limits i do understand how listening to someone complaining about their parents all the time, telling you how they pretty much they hate them, just to see them change their whole personality again after the simplest show of affection is TIRING it really is, you get pissed off in their behalf, try to advice them and comfort them, then there they come all happy again knowing damn well the mental abuse is going to continue, and ofc for someone who is not as emotional intelligent to embrace that kind of situation is gonna feel like shit, i can understand that, so thats why i cant be mad at neither of them, the writing is very complex, makes me really see things from every perspective
