What makes this story a bit different is that the twins actually help him escape! While it may seem like a sacrifice they made, let’s be real: if they hadn’t gotten rid of other inmates or officers, or bottom’s sunbea, they might have all escaped together. So, for me, their actions at the end didn’t really feel like a true sacrifice. On top of that, it's really disgusting how the bottom accepts a neck collar. For God sake he was doctor.
