FYI, the story indeed focussed in family relationship at early chapter. Serial hunter guy and the destruction of world is connected with MC past (the laboratory project, why ITS Made, and why there is different between first life and second life), and the one only people that can help also protect MC is his father. That why, background story between MC and his father is very important here, since ITS his father who gave MC quest to "retire after saving the world".
I appreciate that the MC isn't an unfeeling douchebag, but could we please move on passed this delayed rebellious teen angst period of his? I'm getting sick of him crying these last several chapters out of nowhere for no reason.
I was all invested in this story - which was doing a great job storytelling all the way up to saving the kid version of himself. We were more or less staying on point maintaining the plot but after he saves the kid all we've gotten since then is him moaning and crying and bitching about how his dad wont be his dad anymore.
like dude youve just spent the last several months aware of the fact that you were changing things, not really seeming all that bothered by how his relationship with his adoptive father is different now. but suddenly the kid shows up and its suddenly all the story talks about and focuses on?!
like we have some serial killer hunter guy, 20 years or so until the world gets destroyed, literally erasing your own existence in this timeline...
is the delayed teen angst, emo-bitching ass, self pity BS really necessary right now? could we maybe return to the actual plot of the story, please I'm begging here. i cant take another chapter of him pouting and crying about his "Dad" - it's grating my nerves...
