I do still wonder how they didn’t detect that Demios was a cursed beast and not a divine beast before he was born? Don’t they have that test thingy that they usually do? Maybe it can only detect if the baby has a lot of magical power and not so much the nature of it? The only thing they could go off of to know that Demios was a cursed beast was that he was born with red eyes and there was a prophecy foretelling that a baby was to be born in the royal family that will be cursed with red eyes. But also, the mistress, Demios’s bio-mom, did she not think that what she was doing wrong? Or did she feel entitled because they were “mates?” I wonder how she felt when she faced with her son as he advanced on her to kill her? I was just wondering if she still thought it was worth it in the end?
