Maybe wookyeongs mother is against chanhee bcs her husband aka wookyeongs father was in love and maybe even had a relationship with chanhees aunt. He probably never got over chanhees aunt and was in a loveless marriage. Well these are just guesses base on the past few chapters.
I've actually read this in webtoons comment section and they spoiled that it's not because they like eo or what but it's bcs chanhees grandpa and wookyeongs grandmother who's now have dementia and cancer have an rs in the past that resulted to chanhees aunt being born and that is also why chanhee was adored by the grandma bcs she looks exactly like her daughter but i don't exactly know why wookyeongs mother is so against chanhees or maybe it's bcs she doesn't know this information idk heheh
