Pretty sure she's draining her dad dry before killing him, cause the mom was going to come live with her, and we know she kills her dad from what we saw in the beginning.
So I think she brought her mom because that way she could kill two birds with one stone, and her dad would have most, if not all of his defenses down if both parents went to visit their daughter.
Did he bring her mom to fight fire with fire, parent with parent? That'd be so funny
