I mean, Guwon is still technically a villain lol
As of right now he's the biggest threat both physically and in his inability to value human life.
A man offered his services and all he asked was his family come with him and Guwon just straight murdered them in front of the man. Granted, the whole town is basically Guwon's accomplice by virtue of allowing him to do what he does so he's technically not the *only* villain.
And I know I probably got the least popular opinion here but I DO hope Jinwoo gets his memories back and realizes that he doesn't have to cower in fear of Guwon 'cause he's actually more of a monster than the man himself. That'd be a more satisfying outcome than this "Beauty fixes the Beast" boring shit lol

Ok I get you he is a little crazy but also guwon had the bare minimum understanding of what’s right or wrong and no one’s corrected him that’s why he wanted mc to correct him. So while yah he was wrong for killing those people he also obvi isn’t gonna see anything wrong with it if no one ever informs him he’s bad. And mc is just going straight to “omg ur terrible!” And slapped him! Like he of all people should know guwon is sooo lacking in that knowledge like he’s fr his teacher.
He’s judging guwon my his “regular society” standards when they aren’t in that society anymore, are now in an ‘apocalypse’ with scarce medics, food, and safety. Guwon is just doing what he thinks need to be done so that they survive by his knowledge.
But while mc IS pmo rn I don’t hate him ik there are probably a whole bunch of things going on or have gone on that we don’t know that’s why I added that I’ll wait until we get more chapters so I can binge read it. so I don’t continue to get pissed off without knowing the whole story.
