I gave it a re-read and the plot is interesting! it's just slow. reaper is in love with MC, and doesn't want him to die or be punished for defying nature... reaper is a reaper as a punishment for his previous life, so if they're caught as they are (defying the laws of life and death) no matter what they can't be together. if they can make it through yama'a suspicious eye or find favor or a loophole somewhere, the best case scenario is MC and reaper can reincarnate and be together in their next lives. worst case is MC is erased forever (no reaper status and no next life), and reaper remains a reaper forever with the painful memories of being responsible for the erasure of MC.
I've been thinking similar. Either MC properly dies, Mr. Reaper finishes his sentence, they reincarnate and find each other again. Or Mr. Reaper gets punished with having to be a reaper for longer and maybe MC can become a reaper as well so they can be together that way.
Havent read this in a while and want to know if the chapters are still going the same... i stopped reading it because i felt like it had basically lost it's plot and all they would do is just fuck and it got pretty boring
