Todd is probably the coyote. Similar to the comment underneath that he has black hair, prefers meat over fish, he also doesn't have normal human pupils which look like the pupils of a coyote, pure black with no iris. He was also shot in the leg by Dennis in his coyote form which is why he's probably limping..
