MC def killed his father which caused his memory loss, at least this is my theory. I love an unreliable narrator so i am intrigued how the story is going to progress. MC has also such strong moral beliefs if he really ended up killing his dad it would be interesting since he's trying to solve his trauma by blaming Guwon for his sins now that his perception of Guwon changed...

THATS SUCH A GOOD THEORY WHAT

This is kind of possible and yes i agree. I watch films and shows most of the time where the MC lost their memories and also wanting to know the truth about someone's death. And of course there's always a plot twist wherein the MC adapt to idk what's it called mental problem-like issue. Maybe it was too traumatic and something on their brain idk maybe malfunctioned (lol). But yeah that's a good theory, now he's blaming the person closest to his traumatic experience and i just know it has something to do with disorders or whatever

Honestly tho if that's gonna be the case it would be such a BANGER. It's gonna be a roller coaster of emotions, blaming, confusion, and more. And I'm SAT.

this also made me question what if everyone in this town did the same too. Like the doctor— what if he killed his family. Idk it's so intriguing, like the other commenter, I want to let it marinade for a while but I'm hooked

Yes i just thought there's no way MC is all innocent like that or maybe I just had the urge to protect and defend Guwon since he really seems to not have an understanding of many things and acts like a puppet for the town or so it seems since the other folks of the town behave to suspiciously. I think MC is as flawed as everyone else and it definitely has sth to do with his past

Omg never thought of that, and honestly how sus all those villagers are and willing to do what Guwon wants just so they can tell themselves that it wasn't really them who killed their loved ones but Guwon, like they literally voted for someone to die and Guwon was just the one who carry that order, nobody told them to vote to kill but they still did it, very messed up villagers in my eyes.

Definitely agreed, maybe the father wasn't innocent either, maybe he started to lose his mind or they were in a situation where they might be killed by a board if zombies so they either die by the zombies or kill themselves before they get eaten, so maybe the father was trying to kill both of them or maybe just Heo since he is a liability with his injury, and Who's survival instinct just kicked in and defended himself which he might've killed his father in the process, and seeing what he'd done completely erased the memory as coping mechanism and now that he saw Guwon killed another person's father it triggered his guilt or something and he started projecting and putting the blame to Ml

Ooh that's also a good addition to my theory, that would explain Guwon's role and position in this town, he's not only physically keeping the peace in that village but is also somewhat used as the mental punching bag for the folks there
