I thought this was an exaggeration, but then I looked at the first and last chapter, and you're right to some extent, but I think it's because the artist's style became more defined and less rougher, less wider. I can see how the uke became more feminine looking, but the seme also became more slender and sleeker as a result of the evolved artstyle
I kinda hate hoe hes slowly getting twinkified as chapters progress, chapter 1, he looks like he could pack a punch, and is well fed. But he just so happens to be a fragile doctor with a skinny twink figure
BUT WHAT I HATE THE MOST, IS THE PART WHERE THEYRE EXPLAINING THAT UKE IS **THE** MIST, I got spoiled while READING, a scene where its supposed to be a suprise plot twist just gets ruined. I dont feel any tension at all when Uke was arguing with the doctor that it's "false accusations", ts could've been avoided if their faces werent included.
Tbh i do like sci-fi and since it has some "military base" stuff, the story is fine, its just boring in few parts! Especially the smut
