I began this manga with so much apprehension & literally not wanting to read it.
And then I started reading it, the dystopia themes, the brilliant art, the world-building, the different characters with such complex personalities... WOW! Simply mind boggling!
So I got to chapter 26, and I'm simply heart-broken abput Charin. The author spent so much time in this arc & Charin's presence in the mc's life was very real & intense that I thought this might develop into a 3-way relation with Jin in between!
Charin was created with so much care by the author. The nuances of his personality made him both likeable as well as unlikable.
Unfortunately, his death has shocked me beyond compare.
