hounds most likely refers to the town or the townspeople,, Guwon is Sisyphus or a symbol of him and they compared the townspeople to hounds a couple chapters ago
Do you guys think the kid's dad can actually be brought back to life, like Guwon bc we've all agreed he's NOT human, (like brought back as a hound because wtf is a hound???) and that's why the town's people were so okay with killing him, bc it meant more protection for town? Like Guwon's kinda been super honest with Teach at least so telling the kids the dad's gonna come back from a trip...idk, guys, i love this.
