people like to pick apart stories while ignoring major plot lines just cuz "they don't care about a characters back story", on god people hate character development I SWAER. dudes had trauma since he was a kid which explains a lot of his obsessive behavior it's obviously not a excuse but it sets the bare for his characters personality. you're right though he needs therapy and to learn how to be in a relationship
true ! so many people see flawed characters as “toxic” or just bad writing, which i get because a lot of stories use flawed characters and just never fix those flaws, they genuinely are just toxic. but not every character should be perfect or never make mistakes, that just makes them bland and the story is pointless
All they care about is green flag red flag black flag orange flag and some kind of other flags exist out there. Then they started commenting using heavy words like SA, pdf, without trying to understand the story as a whole. Meanwhile bro here just saw his mother commited suicide, body dangled in front of him, presuming it has something to do with his existence. And people are still wondering why having control is a huge issue for him. It's really not that difficulte to understand and author has laid this out so obviously.
Few years ago, not many authors would probably care to have some kind of depth in their writing when it comes to yaoi. Nowadays it's not authors that are not trying but the readers to lost the ability to think honestly.
I know he's guilty but it surprised me that a lot of people still don't understand why he folded as soon as he saw Won Dae like that. Dude has legit ptsd and people still think it's just his pride going on here. What's the point of the author putting it in the story if people aren't going to pay attention to the story. He really needs therapy on top of learning how to be in a proper relationship.
