Some things stood out to me while reading thus...1. The main guide is over 200 years but maintains a DNA age of 20 years or so.2. His sentinel knows that his guide doesn't find him enough because of those 200 years of memories WHAT I FIND SORROWFUL: the guide himself doesn't remember his past. He also has no interest in finding out. But the worst part is his mind is filled with sentinels who like the ml sentinel & they are all buried in his memories as nameless bodies. One of them warns the ml to avoid the guide so that he doesn't become one of those bodies.
