There are 5 tops but I wouldn't call it anything similar to a love triangle. It's very obvious who's endgame and MC doesn't have any romantic feelings towards anyone else.
And honestly there's not much content between MC and the other 4 to call any of them second-male lead imo
The S-Class Guide as Sweet as Honey, is
very similar! The major difference is that the MC guides the other guys in the guild only via light touches and kisses(iirc). So not via much deeper contact like in here.
Other than that I'd recommend my favorite Guidverse Manhwa:

It's very good! Uke is the Esper here and the Guide is the Seme.

The comments scared me away when I first found Profundis but it was such a good read - good thing I trusted my gut and still read it! Sure it‘s by no means fluffy and happy-go-lucky, but the plot was super interesting !
I'm happy he ended up with Commander! For me that was the only endgame.
But still, poor Chan, he deserves someone good, too!! Didn’t like him at first but he grew on me
