There is a chance Shuugo might end up with the girl since the latest chapter raw showed a lot of moments between them. The author previously mentioned about Shuugo wants to be friends with the girl he likes until the girl's relationship doesn't work out. Shuugo will be there to comfort her and then he will take her. At this point, i feel like it's Shuugo the end game
