Keith is a skilled hacker, he was going through thr richest accounts around and bumped into dellas account, at the time della was the second in command/sigh hand man of the mob gang, so keith emptied his acc and got sensitive info from it. Della got demoted, ended up in big trouble and seeked revenge against keith. Keith turned himself in prison but i forgot why lol i think because they were tailing him or the mob was after him since he had those stolen files
