You know what? This is valid opinion
TBH I don't really care for this arc, but it's so we'll written and I would love a more realistic approach where everyone moved on and there's no need to keep/build again something that was so lost and broken.
With the way the story is going, I'm almost 90% sure it'll go route and I like it since it offers a different but real perspective that not all friendships are meant to or will last. I'm a sucker for angst sometimes ╮(￣▽￣)╭
Am I the only one who doesn't want to see Song-Rik and Jinhyeong reunite in the future? They've both been through so much heartbreak and spat back deeply hurtful comments to each other that it feels it won't do them good to go back to how they used to be.
Sometimes things are not meant to stick together or work out and I feel like their situation is exactly that. I appreciate them being able to have their very last conversation where they got to communicate what was going through their mindset during that incident (although mostly from Song-Rik's side), to be able to just let it go from the next chapter I assume. In most realistic cases, their final farewell would typically not happen so it's really nice to see some closure. Jinhyeong looks so much happier with Uyun and I hope the same for Song-Rik abroad :)
I would like to at least see where Song-Rik is at in life either at the end of this flashback arc or in the epilogue!
