Help find this manga

Can anyone help me find this manga? Sorry for the lack of plot detail, it's all that i remember from the manga.
MC has a dull and depressing lifestyle. He sleeps with 2 exotic guys. One guy is a seme that the MC admires the seme's body. The other guy is a uke, that the MC tops. The 3 of them grow close to eachother. MC doesn't mind having a dull life so long as he has the uke and seme waiting for him back home. The seme and uke decides to run away cuz they didn't wanted to get too attached to the MC, they leave MC by himself. MC was shocked, but decided to take what he learned from the seme and uke into action. MC changes his life for the better. Seme and uke continues sleeping with people but they miss the MC. The seme and uke returns to the MC. The 3 of them move in together and live happily ever after on a tropical country.
