Him and his senior who he was in love with/dating both die in a building collapse, senior dies first and in future scene in a hotel you'll see mc having an episode where he's freaking out that a buildings collapsed on them and that there's blood pouring from ml's head (confirming that he's the senior from outside the novel)
Mc is getting those symptoms of bleeding, vomiting blood, headaches, fainting, and pain in his legs episodes because he's been crushed by the building but is still alive and because of that has only partially transmigrated kinda thing, whereas senior is already dead
