He fr is he's such a a well written character. In the beginning he uses the revenge as an excuse to move on to something else. He tries using it to give meaning to his otherwise pointless life. He lived to work and atone for his past. Hes so obviously depressed, and has bottled up all his emotions and basically lived as a robot for multiple years. For him Jay actually distracted him and made him acknowledge the worst parts of himself. He made yoohan move forward. He gave yoohan strength and showed he'd be on his side no matter what. And while yoohan obviously doesn't get why and is confused. accepts Jays obsession. They're literally perfect for each other and no one can tell me otherwise.
I hate how people hate on their dynamic UGH. I'm currently closely rereading the entire story paying attention to all the details and shit. It's such a well written story it blows me away. I relate way to much to yoohan I wish I could give him a hug. And they portray Jay so well. His obsession isn't too much. But it's obvious it's his form of love. The people who say that there is no love in their relationship. Are blind. 1, Jay is a psychopath, he doesn't feel emotions normally, ik the story focuses on him not being able to feel sadness, but I feel like it goes towards most complex emotions. He feels excitement that's typically normal, but love how we feel it is very different to diagnosed psychopaths. His love is his obsession. While it may seem like he doesn't love yoohan he is interested in him, amused by him, and felt his sadness, and that's enough for him. He appreciates and shows his affection for yoohan in his own, weird, way, and yoohan, is fine with it. He gets Jays personality disorder. He's obviously incredibly depressed and like I felt that, he has never really allowed himself to have anyone. Yoohan loves Jay, it's hard for him not to. This is literally like in my top 5. It's such a well built manga. I need more spicy scenes. And I need more scenes with Jay being affectionate
