i feel like the implication is more that jinwoo killed his own dad, with his strange behavior of trying to kill people while unconscious, and in his memories it looks like its him doing some stabbing motion. the person guwon killed was trying to kill jinwoo, and that whole incident doesn't match up with jinwoo's memories
Idk but maybe the dad just don't want jinwoo to turn into those mindless zombies so he tried to make sure he's surely dead? But idk if that explains his murderous-subconscious. Maybe, he has those moments as self defense
As for those speculating on whether Guwon killed his dad or not, I think he did (I fucking hope he didn’t though). Y’all go read chapter 0 again…
