Your child’s second cousin would be the child of your first cousin, then your grandchild’s third cousins would be your first cousins grandchild. This keeps going until the fifth great grandchild, and by then the only one that would be related to the family line would only be related to you who is the fifth great grandparent (and it would still be muddy), your cousins line has already been removed 2 times and isn’t blood related to this grandchild anymore.
