woowon’s feelings are completely valid. his dad was an abuser, and even though he died right in front of him, that guilt he feels — thinking he should’ve saved him just because he was his father — is something a lot of abuse survivors deal with. the way the author is portraying depression, guilt, and trauma here is honestly so raw and real. it hits hard.
