Remember in Chapter 20, during the doctor's flashback? He says Guwon “saved them,” but the memory shows something darker, Guwon killed his wife and children, saying they were “no use.” It’s like he rewrote the doctor’s reality, forcing the idea into his mind that “Even though I killed your family, I saved you.”
That twisted logic is why the doctor fears him and stays loyal that also applies to everyone in the village. Because in Guwon’s world, only the useful survive. ╮( ̄▽ ̄)╭
What if guwon (that black arms guy) can manipulate thoughts and minds, and mess up whole town just to have puppets to play. The teach had nightmares that he killed his dad and random people stand by him saying it's his fault. Just my thoughts (ㆁωㆁ)
