Maybe because she could make it spread to other people? I mean like she does have that healing stuff going on, and they’re worried that there’s a possibility it could mutate into something worse.

Is it a good thing or a bad thing... (⊙…⊙ ) and what? Just guillotine? Why not make her drink that black rose poison or something or make her experience the torture of being burned alive while she heals herself over and over again till she's exhausted and dies?
