The dude already stated that mc is stronger than him so it could be that the machine couldn't measure her power maybe? I've seen this happen in other dungeon manhwas
I wonder if either her power level is actually F rank and her clothes are the buff that make her strong. Or it's like a plot setup for like low rank and big show of power.
