Exactly, like the idea that’s later every time she looks at his eyes she’s actually looking at lucas eyes…and it’s just weird

Soo I saw a spoiler about the novel, and lucas dies and apparently he gives his eyes to vincent.
I hate this part for two reasons:
1- why kill lucas???!!! This sweet innocent boy WHY???
2- and according to the spoiler I read, vincent will see paula beautiful because he’s seeing her from lucas pov
