Sure, that Lloyd is from Korea barely has no impact on the story because he's kind of a nothing character once they're seriously in love. They introduce this arc about the god of this world potentially trying to kill them, or at least Lloyd, because they don't belong. They do research on this and FL talks to the secretary who's being really weird about it. Fast forward after Rosalia, the first price and the emperor die in a kind of mid plot line and it's revealed that the secretary is god with a stalker's obsession with FL. He's been endlessly reincarnated her to watch her suffer every horror imaginable because her reaction to suffering intrigues him. That's where we are right now.
