Isn't that lost in a cloud
It was sorta old manga, no colors. Apparently the plot is like the MC and ML are living off in some island as Mc has regressed and ML is the caregiver. mc regression happened due to trauma when ages back Mc's dad found out about the relationship and mc and his dad get into a a fight near a river or water body, but during that altercation MC's Dad falls into water or get swept in water and something along the that line. And due to which ML take the blame idk i can't remember that part. But yeah Mc regressed into his formative years but later got his memory. Omggg i remember the plot but can't remember the name of the manga. It was quite weirdly interesting because I'm studying psychology and that manga clicked it while I have been observing cases.
