Sure I guess...but the hand raise in that moment def wasn't a joke, and the thought bubble says:
"Why'd he tell me to raise my hand if he was gonna keep going anyway? He made it sound like he was gonna listen to me!"

and this one just bothered me more than the usual 'bottom says stop, top keeps going' type scene because they had actually discussed things ahead of time. So it really emphasized the fact that the ml didn't listen or care about the mc's feelings, and took advantage to be pushy and do what he wanted. It's a cute comic otherwise so I was disappointed the author wrote it that way..

i see why you would think that. if that was him being serious he didn’t use their proper safe word which meant that communication was compromised. not to mention, weon goes back and forth a lot. he gives in- cohesion one can say.

i can’t tell you how to feel about certain scenes within this specific work. sorry it ruined a story for you- hopefully you’ll still be down to give it a second chance. i feel like this version of the trope wasn’t terrible but wasn’t good by all means.
