I can't quite remember since it's been so long if she forgives him but I do believe that he tried his best to escape from shizu since the spoilers that I've read were of people pitying him and he even cut his eyes so I'll just assume he really did try to escape the hypnosis and as for mc's sister all I read was that she doesn't forgive sword king easily so I'm assuming that she eventually forgives him and they become a family again
