The dude is so disrespectful being the one acting out of lust

The audacity some men have to shame you for what your state is to justify their lust. He is bluntly a manw#ore who has no shame.
He is so proud to admit his attraction to her, so he goes spewing all that trash talk to belittle her how is her being a poor or shoeshine, as he calls her, a shameful thing?
I really hate this type of behavior and find it weird and unacceptable that later on they're forgiven for what they said and how they behaved.

One more thing I am curious about, usually these types of characters have their behavior justified based on how they grew up. His parents left him, they didn't care about him as much as they cared for each other, they didn't love him as much either, so some kind of a psycho starts to grow within him, and the authors usually make these characters rich and handsome to cover up for the crappy personality, to polish their behavior and normalize it like wtf!
So my curiosity is about how he was dumbfounded when she was worried about him when he got hurt saving her from falling from the roof, and it was a good feeling for him that someone is caring about him and nobody else does, as if this is the first time someone was worried about him. Dude has the Ludecrezia girl or what's her name, literally worshipping him, caring about him more than he cares for herself, so why her actions and care for him are of no value for him if he really lacks such feelings?
Moreover, his aunt or grandma, Eve, seems like she cares for him and she raised him with love, so what's his deal?

I honestly would love to know why some authors still create a stereotype character? This is not the first time I encountered such a trashy MC of the same typical behavior.

I am so eager to drop it but I am really invested in the FL's background story, it is the only thing I want to know.
