Nudity rules are weird. In the west, it's often only nudity of you see the nipples. Technically you can wear nipple stickers and legally not me nude. But not adding nipples, it's the same thing as whiting out the man's junk. You're Technically avoiding what would be considered full nudity to a lot of your potential audience, therefore more likely to have your stuff accessible to a wider audience.
