Anyone have an idea of what year it takes place in? AFAIK, it isn't specified. My personal theory is late 1800s or early 1900s though, since Mokma (artist) said she referenced outfits mostly from 1880-1900. But I wanted to see if anyone has other thoughts, or any canon info. (づ￣ ³￣)づ
